Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
1. Credits
Credit purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account. Credits never expire and can be used on any current or future shop item. If you did not receive credits after a completed payment, contact us with your transaction ID and we will resolve it.
2. Pro Subscription — New Subscriptions
If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge. After 7 days, the subscription fee is non-refundable for that billing period. To request a refund, contact us via the contact form with your account email and the date of purchase.
3. Pro Subscription — Renewals
Renewal charges (monthly or annual) are generally non-refundable. If a renewal charge occurred after you believed you had cancelled, contact us within 5 days and we will investigate. Cancellations must be completed through the Stripe customer portal before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
4. Shop Items (Credits-Based)
Items purchased with credits are non-refundable as a general rule. Exceptions apply if the item is demonstrably broken or substantially not as described — in such cases, we will refund the credit cost to your account. We do not issue cash refunds for credits spent in the shop.
5. Technical Errors
If a payment was processed but the corresponding credits, Pro status, or shop item was not granted due to a technical error on our end, contact us immediately. We will correct the issue and, where appropriate, issue a full refund or credit.
6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your account. If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly.
7. How to Request a Refund
Use our contact form and include:
- Your account email address
- The date and amount of the charge
- A brief description of the issue
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
